The company is rated on Google as 5 stars and all of our properties are independently graded by VisitEngland, this ensures that your holiday home has been thoroughly checked by a truly impartial agency and can be relied on. Our staff are all locals and know the area and the properties at first hand so can offer informed advice about our holiday homes and the surrounding areas and their suitability for your needs. They can also advise on days out, which restaurants are worth a visit (and which to avoid) and the sites, attractions and beaches of which there are so many. Many of our homes take pets, some are disabled friendly, others have beach access, sea or river views, whatever your needs the chances are we’ll be able to help.

So much lip service is paid to customer service these day. How often do we hear “your call is important to us” while we wait half an hour for a response! One of the main strengths of being local is that we can actually deliver what so many claim but few deliver. With our own inhouse maintenance staff and changeover teams we can ensure that the high standards we strive for are achieved through regular checks and constant supervision. Of course, life’s not perfect and occasionally things go awry, the TV packs up or the fridge fails, what you can be certain of is a rapid and sympathetic response and a speedy resolution, just read some of our Google reviews, it’s all there.
